1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from damage.
It must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
You must provide proof of purchase (invoice, order number, or receipt).
The product must be returned with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
Note: Items that have been customized or specially ordered may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
Used or damaged trailers after delivery.
Clearance or sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale.”
Custom-built or personalized trailer units.
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos of the damage or defect.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs if applicable).
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you by email or phone regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We may offer product exchanges for items that meet our return conditions. If the desired product is unavailable, we may issue a store credit or refund.
6. Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
